Its Byzantine's verses Samurai in this L' Art de la Guerre game.

Thank you both. I really like both armies. The Samurai, for being Medium Sword, are really much more resistant then expected.
Compared to WRG, the ADLG Nikephorians have a different mix of troops and has a different character. In WRG, the list is dominated with a goodly number of armored 'A's, but in ADLG, the backbone is the foot troops. They have large numbers of 1/2 Heavy Spear 1/2 Bow available to them.
