An indepth battle report for my first battle at the League of Ancients FOGN 2021 Tournament. My Anglo-Portuguese vs Richard Stubbs (who is a somewhat well known Australian comedian) and one of the top ranked FOGN players world wide) Russian Grenadier army as he attacks the Line of Torres Vedras.

Will the British infantry be able to hold the reverse slope as a Russian horde comes over the crest? Can a single British Cavalry brigade hold a bridge vs an entire infantry division? Will the line hold? Check out the blog battle report to find out1

A great write up. You make it read like a Sharpe novel. I played in that tournament as well (another Richard), it was great to be pushing toy soldiers and socialising again. I came away inspired to paint more figures to give me more options and wanting to play more games.
