This is a figure of a snake catcher. Figure by Full Metal Miniatures. He is carrying a Y staff for catching the snakes and a basket with lid for disposing the caught snakes.

Nah, make him open the basket and empty it out on the ground while we cover him at a distance. "It's the only way to be sure" …short of shooting him outright and that is not a good idea at least at this time. He does anything that looks threatening … we know how that ends up.
