Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum. I'm working on a 40mm Alamo set up using Sash and Saber and Gringos as well as some commissioned figures. I've tried my hand at building the compound myself, but that's a bust. Before I look over seas, is there anyone in the US that would take this project on? I have the King &Country facade which actually works perfect for 40mm. Thanks! Travis |

Hi there. I built a 40mm Alamo compound myself. I used a 54mm BMC façade for the chapel. I altered so it is not as wide. Then I built the rest of the chapel around it using foam parts. I made the chapel smaller in size than true 40mm but I think it came out real well. I thought about using the King & Country façade but that is really a heavy piece and I wanted it more light weight. |

Perhaps Doug at Terrain concepts would build you something? He is a great guy, good to work with, and his work is great. Sorry, don't know how to do links. Russ Dunaway |

The whole compound in 40mm would fill two ping pong tables. How much are you doing? 28mm Hudson and Allen fills one ping pong table. |

I knew a guy that ran a 40mm Alamo game and each day would have an attack representing each wall at a time. Russ Dunaway |

Even in 15mm (with OG's excellent model) the whole Alamo is a big place. |
