Has anyone gamed this?
It looks like gaming the FIW, but even more vicious. If that's possible. It has the added bonus of religious hatred and bigotry, making the game more enjoyably bloody.

Any suggestions?
Figure recommendations?
Scenarios?

I know Warlord has Jesuits. Boo! Hiss! (My college was run by Holy Cross fathers, so we naturally hate the Jebbies.)
Would the French be mostly Compagnie Franche de la Marine? (I refuse to call them "French Marines". That is just plain ignorant.)

The Native American figures should be better dressed for inclement weather than the usual Mohawks. Knuckleduster War of 1812 First Nations have some good figures. Any others out there?

The usual helpful suggestions encouraged.

Didn't Bob Murch just do a FIW kickstarter?

I think more of them would be Acadian militia. I think that's what I would use, as well as some French Companies troops in capots, leggings, etc.

There are several good FIW ranges, Galloping Major, Brigade, Pulp Figures. And I'm sure a couple others.

Not sure about the Miqmak but Sash and Saber 28mm
FIW line has a variety of figures (Colonials and others)
which might do, including a Jesuit priest.

John….

Do you really have to ask?

Of course I have! Check your email.

You think my SJ figure only shows up in 1798 Ireland?

Sash and Saber have an "Abenaki" figures, which, if I recall correctly, when I saw it at the last Fall-In I was at, works for Maliseet and Micmac.

While doing some follow up reading on your link, John, an illustration of a Micmac warrior looks exactly like Galloping Major's Hurons, although most of them are bare chested.

Hey! I found 12 Gorham's Rangers from Galloping Major I forgot I had!
Shazzam!
