Not "spring/summer" Skinflint. Fall, and probably late fall. The current goalpost is 90% Immunizations. Multiply "a hundred million people in 100 days!" and see when a nation of 328 million gets to 90%. That ignores the inevitable dithering, and it assumes immunization will actually last a year in the older population, which is by no means established.

Brag all you wish, but no more unsubstantiated "prosperity is just around the corner!" bits if you please.
