It looks as though the nice people at Kronoskaf have re-launched the 'Project WSS' site which, hopefully, will grow to provide the same depth of coverage as the sister site covering the Seven Years War. Fantastic news. link |

Well it is a real great job. I am proud to collaborate to this project, with some articles (Piedmont/Savoy army) but the Author is really and incredble dedicated person. Chapeau! |

That is awesome. I am embarking on my WSS project this year. This will be as invaluable as the SYW site is. |

In fact, it is mostly due to the efforts of my friends "Paperbattles" (as he is know here), and Dinos Antoniadis that we are able to re-launch this project. They contributed articles, maps, uniform plates, flags… This year, we'll try to complete the initial coverage of the campaigns of 1706; to revisit the campaigns of 1704, integrating info from the k. k. Kriegsarchiv; and to continue to publish new articles on units of various countries. All the best, Richard C Kronoskaf |
