Looks awesome. I'm making these as soon as I get another avocado and some cherry tomatoes. For now, I'll make due with hummus, olive, and feta stuffed Roma tomatoes. |

Needs more dry brushing on the tomato. Also a red wash would be good. Great stuff otherwise!
