Can anyone suggest a source for an accurate map of Clan Campbell's land in Scotland, particular during the period 1645? I've tried and failed. Thanks. |

I think the Campbell's took over a lot of MacDonald territory in the period 1600 to 1630. This was a factor in McColla's hatred of Clan Campbell. |

Thanks. That's what I'm reading about too. The link provided above initially shows two maps, the second one indicates the extent of the Campbell land grab – very useful. |
