On one hand, you have more time, and people are more available. On the other hand, you're busy with holiday things. So… do you game during the holiday season? |

Yes. I game with family and friends. I holiday with family and friends. And, we have a number holiday themed games we run. The Annual Kaiju Post-Christmas So The Gingerbread Houses Are On Sale Battle. The Weinachts WWI Football Match. The occasional Assault on the North Pole. The Y2K Postapoc game. Prince's Zombie Like It's 1999. And we have a new one coming this year! |

Yes, but not miniatures. We play card games and board games. Too much going on to play RPG's and mini's games. Cheers! |

Game with family (cards, board games) and have a play by email game that will probably go on over the holidays |

I usually game more in the holiday season. However my regular gaming partner has got a new job whose financial end of year is the end of December so he'll be busy. |

Each year Dave Schueler hosts Dave's Annual Naval Game in his living room in West Seattle. We've been doing DANG since the early 2000's the week after Christmas. Sadly DANG will be taking a year off. Dave always makes it quite a production as he begins in August offering possibilities and taking suggestions. It's (another) big hole in the gaming calendar. |

My games room is also the spare bedroom. So no games over Christmas for me ! |

Depends. Not usually "busy with holiday things." The proper use of a calendar will get cards and presents out the door in good order, and religious devotions, even when the churches are open, only take up parts of the 24th and 25th. But sometimes family visits (or I visit them) opponents can be hard come by and I've never really taken to solo play. This year pretty much everything is cancelled, so I expect another try at solo gaming next weekend. |

In a normal year, yes. But not this one. |

Usually it is my busiest gaming period, but as my city is in Tier 4 preventative measures (UK), I wont be seeing any of my gaming friends at all. |

You should have a Viking raid Etotheipi, Rudolf the Red Rampage in some sleepy coastal village, extra points if he kidnaps the grinch for ransom. |

Like some others it's usually board games for us but not this year. |

I have a solo Republican Roman vs Seleucid battle going as I type. After that I'll do a SYW then a WW1 in Mesopotamia so…yea, I'm gaming. |

The big holiday "game days" are out this year. PBeM (Play By e-Mail) is in. |

Usually. But probably not this year due to the intrusion of reality. Hopefully the customary festivities will resume for 2021 (throughout and for the holiday seasons) – they say there is light at the end of the tunnel. Phil |
