Great looking figures. It is my understanding that Saga is a 1 to 1 scale game (8 figures represent 8 men). Is CoS the same?

In theory Clash of Spears is 1:1, in practice is makes more sense to see each model as roughly 10 men otherwise some of the formations are too small to make sense.
