What is the turn around time on Fernando these days? I used them a long time back (maybe 15 years or more?) and they did a great job but remember it taking a fairly long time. What is the turn around time these days, as I might send some things their way. Thanks.

I've got a big (for me) order currently being painted. They received it back in July, and after about 20 weeks are nearing the 1/3rd-to-1/2-completed point. This is acceptable, but hugely slower than in any of my 9 previous orders. So my suspicion is that they are pretty busy these days.

I just got back my Napoleonic figures from them. About 800 total figures. About 4 months. They came back looking great.

my current order with them is taking similar times to chicks. i suspect covid may have forced them into some sort of work from home scenario.
