For the most part, as I understand it, the Adeptus Arbites are supposed to be somewhere between a bit of a joke for Gangers to shoot at and "Ablative meat armour" against Genestealer Cultists until the Imperial guard get there.

But this guy? This guy looks like someone even Dredd would respect. Not sure what a Police Eagle would be good for, but still and all, he looks like he takes no crap from anyone.
