Does anyone know if Holtz Mats is still operating?

Their website still works but the link to the Holtz Mats site is offline. See hotzartworks.com

I sent though an order back in June, which was never sent. I emailed regarding not receiving my order back in October and November and still I have heard nothing!

Anyone know if they are still operating or did I waist my money?

Hotz mats has had a checkered past regarding filling orders. There are many comments floating around TMP on the subject. I recommend you try and get your money back immediately as you are wasting your time in dealing with them.

Steer clear.

Agree with the two above statements. Bought a mat from them years ago. Took months to arrive, then was folded flat and not rolled (as paid for). I thought it was pretty low quality too. Sold it almost right away.

If you're in the market for a new mat, I recommend Cigar Box Mats. I have one and it's excellent…

Take a quick board search, it seems that this kind of thing pops up about Holtz every couple months

Thanks everyone. I have ordered from them twice before and haven't had any problems with them. So I had no idea others had encountered problems with them also. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Glad to see this is a viable business product. If members remember, I came up with a similar idea for part of a online business for part of a Masters project. If I recall it was the Generals Quarters and we would have battle terrain boards, furniture for decorating a wargame room (like drums to sit on)
