An interesting find, Armand! I can't say with certainty (having not done a side-by-side examination), but I believe this legal-and-free-to-download thesis is one and the same with the book, by the same name, from the same author, that sells for $25 USD on Amazon: link It receives positive ratings from Amazon readers, so it appears we lucky few have Armand to thank for providing us with $25 USD in savings!
