Very, very little snow … The city of Leningrad is located in the Arctic Circle. Winter there is snow, blizzards and frost … This diorama is in the middle of Russian autumn, and the Germans are simply dressed out of season.
It trenches in Ukraine today. Ukraine – it is a very warm and mild climate, by Russian standards)))
There it was possible to dig trenches right in the dense, frozen like ice, snow. He was not much inferior to the protective properties of the earth.
