Very like the oft photographed chap who also had a dodgy (?artificial) right eye. Often wondered who he was.

The cameraman was obviously taken with him, whatever!

Stunningly good paint job!
Seems to be wearing the M43/44 denim over suit, only ever read that was produced in Pea dot wheres that paint job is a masterful execution of the Autumn colours normally seen on the reversiable winter jackets.
Obviously need to do more research!

Leon, I think you're correct on this as I have seen Ron Volstad's work on this group and one of the figures wears a reversible in Autumn colors. The other thing that gets me is the camo mittens as I have never seen that before.
