The Japanese continue their drive on Singapore but now reach a tough defensive position held by the Malay Regiment for scenario 3. Is this where their offensive will stall, or can they push on through? Another gripping game in what is turning into a very enjoyable campaign, the full AAR is here: Last Stand on Opium Hill Scenario 3

What a cracker – I started a little annoyed as usual by the ineffectiveness of cover but then just held my breath as the Malay Regiment went on the offensive with a double turn. I continued holding my breath as they kept getting more turns and was almost asphyxiated by the shattering climax. What a twist of fate – you must've been gutted playing the Japanese. I do think there should be some medals handed out after that as the dash and bravado displayed together with the near unbelievable outcome fully deserve it. Can't wait to see how you tackle it next time.
