"Lazy weekend mornings and punched up busy weekday mornings are BOTH perfect for this herby pork taste and once you know how to cook breakfast sausage links, you'll be enjoying them all the time. WARNING, you can't eat just one!

Hmmm, not much in the way of cooking details there. I do find that some sausage manufacturers put a lot of sugar in their recipes, so you also need to cook them on medium-high, to medium heat to keep them from blackening too much, or burning/schorching. I usually start at the higher temp, and then turn down after flipping for the first time, depending upon the color of the meat. I generally do patties, and tend to flip them a few times for each side during the cooking process, which for those takes about 10 – 12 minutes – 2 ounce patties. Cooking them with a lid on helps to ensure they get done internally at the lower temps. |

It's not good unless there is a slight snap when you bite. |

I start them off with a small amount of water in the pan to help start them cooking without scorching… after the water evaporates, they cook up nicely and give a really good snap (and they don't get as crispy). |
