Cute (well painted), but not what I'd have considered to have survived the end of the world (like soap, leather oil, hair shampoo and conditioner, more than enough to eat it appears, etc.). Lots of sun tan lotion also it appears. Look at the female figures in Fallout 4 for a better sense of what one would look like (at least for the dirt and filth). |

I want to sell some figures in an international community, and I had the idea to indicate the figure's size with a coin placed next to them in the photo. However I realized soon that no one knows the size of my coins outside of my country and I don't have any other type with me. Now I'm thinking what standard sized small objects I have in my house. |

Okay, so it's well made and well painted, but for me I prefer a little more reality to figures, so ignoring for a moment the 'too clean, too much make-up, not enough clothing' aspect what annoys me in so many post apoc/fantasy figures is
a) unrealistic pose. It's not a natural at rest or in action one, it's just a pose to get the arms out of the way to show off the body.
b) unrealistic equipment. Try wielding a polearm with a lantern hanging from the sharp end. See which breaks first, the lantern or your head from a miss swing.
So for me, unlikely to survive anything other than a photot shoot. It's just a piece of eye candy not a believable survivor. |
