There is one in Atlanta as well. Both are impressive in person. The Atlanta one is right off I20. |

This is well worth the visit. It not only is interesting in and of itself, it is a triumph of preservation. I remember when the Cyclorama was housed in a ratty old building not too far from the old visitor center. |

I've seen them both in person, but years ago. Very impressive. I believe there were others that did not survive. |

There was also a Cyclorama of Gen. Custer's last fight against Sioux Indians and many more , it was a popular entertainment in the late 1800's. North Korea has one for the Korean war battle of Battle of Taegu. |
