Placed an order with Alterative Armies back in August, got the order and shipping confirmations, and waited for over a month. I sent an email to Alterative Armies to verify that the order was sent. The response from Nancy was prompt and understanding, stating that the order had been shipped and asking if I had checked with the postal service. I replied that checking with USPS had proved fruitless. That prompted an offer to send a replacement order with no further questions asked. It arrived yesterday with a couple of extra figures. Excellent service. Recommended. |
