Cambodian Defense Minister General Tea Banh over the weekend dismissed U.S. concerns over possible Chinese involvement as meddling in Cambodia's sovereignty. On Wednesday, Hun Sen said development at the base would allow the facility to be used by various other nations, although it would not be turned into an international port. link
