Hi All
Just to let you know that I am putting the finishing touches to a scenario book on the Seelow Heights Campaign of April 1945. There are many more details on my blog at:

Hope you find it of interest. Any comments welcome as always

Sounds and looks like a beaut (keep us informed on your continued progress)!

Comments? – I would have prefered standard TOE numbers for the scenario units (or their historical amounts involved), and then allow gamers to do their own extrapolations to any rules-ratios they might use for platoons or companies.

Thanks for the link, one of these days I want to do a Seelow Heights scenario for Bolt Action!

Looks nice.

Thanks guys. FlyXwire I take your point, but the book without orders of battle would have seemed a bit incomplete and I chose to express them in RF terms because they are the rules I and my group use. Historical TOEs I managed to glean (in general terms) down to battalion level, but more detail than that just isn't available (maybe in the ex Soviet archives). Anyone using similar command level rules (BKC or Command Decision for example), will have no trouble at all converting. I can see no reason on the face of it why lower command level rules wouldn't work, simply using a platoon as a battalion.

(it's just a general observation that borders on a personal pet peeve – write Orbs to the history, not interpreted to the rule set)

Shann, this certainly doesn't disqualify my interest in your work here, and thank you for your response.

Pleasure. More to come soon, including samples of the book itself – just waiting for the final proofs.
