I have a childhood memory (from the 60s I think) of an oversized Civil War battles book with clear plastic overlay pages that you could turn to show the successive movements of the troops involved. I can't remember the title or author – does it ring a bell with anyone? |

Yes, I read them at the library as well. I thought the use of overlays were common. Rare but memorable. Checking a library that is a Federal Book Depository. They store everything. |
