Yesthatphil – a really nice breatsplate, couldn't really shoe horn it into a regular post (seeing as it is on display at the Met in NYC). Seemed a good excuse to put it on the blog

It is stunning isn't it. The only one I've seen with what appear to be original straps.Must have looked absolutely stunning when new.
