Hi

Does anyone know anything about these new rules to be published by Osprey in 2021? The author is Boyd Bruce whom I know absolutely nothing about.(see what I did there?). Our local mail order company is advertising these for pre-order.

They have a Facebook page but I don't do Facebook and Osprey appear to have nothing on their site.

No, and I don't want another set of Napoleonic rules, there are far too many as is.

Chimpy wants firm information not a boogie.

Sounds a bit odd that a mail order company is showing them on pre-order when there is nothing on the publisher's site?

I was alerted by an advertising email from Mighty Ape (no connection :-)). However an internet search reveals a lot of other companies have them on pre-order eg Amazon and Bloomsbury Books from memory.

"bgbboogie" the rules could be a bust like Foundry's Napoleon but then they could be the next Lion Rampant.If you keep a closed mind you'll never know. Anyway, I am a Napoleonic Wargamer therefore I collect Napoleonic rules while looking for the holy grail of a perfect set :-)

Rules, rules, every where,
And all the boards did whine;
Rules, rules, every where,
Nor any set I like

Bring it on. I would love to hear what they are about. Ronin and the Rampant/Lament series have set a high bar so far as I am concerned

Thanks KimRYoung. I hadn't seen the Boardgames Geek article.

Amazon seem to have the standard blurb found on a number of websites, which is really short of hard information.
