There's a new article on the SOTCW website.

PT Boats in the Med – a selection of 1943 scenarios for Cruel Seas.

We did an article back in 2009 about PT Boat operations. We listed every engagement possible in every theatre. The Ames was active with a number of engagements with F-lighters and R-boats as well as Italian craft. We published the articles in Time Portal Passages.
A neat area for scenarios.

Rudy, do you have a copy of that article that you could share? I've only been able to find a single reference to Time Portal Passages (and that was a TMP post from ages ago)

Send me an email and I will use it to piggy back a copy of the files

Rudy published a very good list a year and a half ago. I was impressed and I saved it. TMP link

(I have most of the boats for these scenarios, from my dip into Cruel Seas)
