"In fact, you're doing it right now. Every single second of every single day, you are advancing into your own future. You are literally moving through time, the same way you would move through space. It may seem pedantic, but it's a very important point. Movement through time is still movement, and you are reaching your own future (whether you like it or not).

And what's even cooler is that you can skip forward in time if you feel like it.

Well, let me be clear, you need to do a little bit of engineering first…"

Pointless article. Along the lines of Steve Martin's joke about how to make millions in the stock market. "Okay, first you get a million dollars…."

How do you end up with a million dollars publishing war games? Answer: You start out with two million.

I travel into the future every day. Sometimes I manage to move forward half an hour, as if I have stood still and the world moves on around me. Usually happens involuntarily when I'm on the sofa watching the TV after I finish work.

What I realized is that time travel is not enough. You need to combine it with space travel; otherwise you end up in space somewhere where the Earth is no longer located.

The Earth is moving, the solar system is moving, the galaxy is moving….I need a toke

Never been a problem for me. I've always managed to stay on the sofa.
