Hi Winser great report. Are they victrix Guard lancers used as Berg lancers ? If so I'm about create a Berg unit myself from Victrix figures and though I'm mainly a 1812-14 gamer I was torn between the fancy earlier uniform and the later dark green , but having seen your excellent unit I'll go dark green . Besides shaving off the shoulder cords did you make any other changes??

I'll message you on your blog too as any uniform /shake/ schabraque details etc would be brilliant … speed me up 😀
