Wargames Foundry used to sell them, but I think they were one colour, like VVV. There are not a lot of makers of these things. Warlord Games is one, but not for Foundry shields. You didn't state which era, nationality, etc. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, I would try what Jeff Jonas recommends. Or hand paint them. |

What about other companies like Little Big Men Studios that sell 28mm transfers for as many miniature manufacturers as possible? Would there only be Little Big Men Studios? |
