Maybe a rail gun.
But were in the woods can you hook up to a 220v outlet?

In fact, rifles from this manufacturer have already received several world records.

In 2015, Vladislav Lobaev set a record for the firing range – 3200 m.To set the record, the Lobaev Arms SVLK-14 Sumrak rifle in .408 CheyTac caliber was used.

On October 3, 2017, a world record for the range of an accurate shot was set from the SVLK-14 "Sumrak" rifle. At a distance of 4,210 meters, Russian shooter Andrei Ryabinsky hit a 1 × 1 meter square target.

On November 26, 2019, Russian Sergei Shmakov set a new world record for the range of a night shot. The shooter put a group of five shots into a target 60 × 60 cm in size. The range to the target was 2000 meters. We used passive night optics (no illumination).

To set the record, a Russian shooting system was used as part of the SVLK-14 "Sumrak" sniper rifle from Lobaev Arms and a night sight of the "Daedal" company. The SVLK-14 "Sumrak" rifle was in .408 CheyTac (10.3 mm)

Hmmm, I'm gonna guess that hitting a target that far away is going to be EXTREMELY hard, unless the bullet is rocket propelled, and has some sort of homing seeker in its tip.

Well, this is advertising. No one will shoot at such a range in combat conditions. But even if the actual working distance of this rifle is half that, it is already a very excellent weapon for special forces. In addition, its main goal at such distances is not a person, but rather large objects – cars, rocket launchers, and the like.

As range increases, so does the difficulty of target identification, so you have to have a bigger telescopic sights.

Of course, hitting a vehicle or a weapons system at extreme range is easier than hitting a specific individual.
