Some photos of my first battle of Mantinea scenario… and the test game of that scenario.
I decided there would be two optional starting points for this game.
Either an even, face to face deployment, allowing armies to line up opposite one another… like this:

Or the historical deployment pictured below:

Using the historical deployemnts, the two sides clash and the Spartan left comes under pressure!

Towards the end of the scenario test, the Spartans have won the day, but the Brasidans are routed.
