Define what a "fast Play" game is. Snap is a fast play game but has no connection to a real battle.
Surely you need to set a minimum standard as to what is produced and then rate how fast it is a doing that. Or state how far from reality the game is. Without that the rating has no credibility.

Define what a "fast Play" game is.

I tend to agree this is a rather odd question. SPI, a long time ago, put a lot of effort in determining optimum sized and game length games. The initial result was the quad games and while this ballooned out later, those early games are a good guide for the shortest possible game which gives you a good game and a historical result.

Average game length is 2-3 hours with a result. That is about the sweet spot, although you can easily move out to 4 hours or even 6 hours and would still in the zone which allows you to play a game in a single sitting.

I suppose 2-3 hours is where DBA and DBN sits.

Fast play to me means the game is boring and you want to get it over as quickly as possible to go to the pub.
