… or pink vs Mauve, lime green vs tangerine, etc.

I buy a lot of second had figures … it tends to be cheaper for me, helps someone clean out and raise some funds, and often they are already assembled.

As well as assembled, a lot of the time they come painted solid one colour (base and mini) (also great … that's a primer base for me to paint over). Red and blue are common.

Do you have one colour forces?

Yes. Only.

Only for one specific game.

Only until I finish them.

Only until I decide I like the game.

No. Too much work. My minis are nekkid!

Nerp. Only full dress.

Propainted all the way, baby!

I don't have any forces like that, though I do have some fairly simple paint schemes.

I have some 28mm-ish dollar store Ninjas in black & a few white. Only needed some detailing…

@Zephyr1:
Which dollar store? I'd love to find some 28mm-ish ninjas!

I don't have truly single-color forces. Space suits and powered armor are always camouflaged. Even troops wearing pants and tops of the same color have boots, belts, possibly headgear, of other colors.

No but my painting is mostly simple block painting with flesh wash only. I do belts etc but don't have the talent to do great paintjobs.

Not in your sense. MY 28mm individually-based "Horse & Musket" armies are Red Army and Blue Army, but the individual units are reasonably accurate and detailed.

I did in the past for a 15 mm fantasy game, but not in general.

Dollar Tree, but that was like 10 years ago. :-( Doesn't hurt to check around, as I see them once in a while…

Nope

I do have an Imagination army whose infantry are pretty much all blue, but even they are in more than one colour
