Vladmir Putin name being used in Victorian Sci-fi, maybe he was a time traveller in this timeline. | | Tango01 | 01 Aug 2020 11:51 a.m. PST | | | | Oberlindes Sol LIC | 01 Aug 2020 4:07 p.m. PST

Maybe technology didn't go digital in this timeline, so even though it's the year 2220, they are still using gears and springs and stuff. A space battleship ought to have turrets with guns on all surfaces, though, not the just the "top". | | Virtualscratchbuilder | 01 Aug 2020 7:13 p.m. PST

I would rename it Pamyat Airfixa. Reminds me of an article I saw in a modelling magazine back around 1978 where a guy cut apart a couple Revell 1/720 Arizonas and made starships out of them, turrets and all. | | Shagnasty | 02 Aug 2020 7:09 a.m. PST

  It can't be Putin because it isn't bare-chested. | | tsofian | 02 Aug 2020 11:25 a.m. PST
