Maybe technology didn't go digital in this timeline, so even though it's the year 2220, they are still using gears and springs and stuff.

A space battleship ought to have turrets with guns on all surfaces, though, not the just the "top".

I would rename it Pamyat Airfixa. Reminds me of an article I saw in a modelling magazine back around 1978 where a guy cut apart a couple Revell 1/720 Arizonas and made starships out of them, turrets and all.
