EB Games does not have it in stock where I live in Western Canada.

Apparently, there are copies of it for sale at various EB Games outlets in Ontario and Quebec, but nothing in the West.

EB Games does not ship stock from province to province, the managers here have told me, because of the cost of shipping and their minimal profit margin.

My FLGS had never even heard of the game and said they cannot get it.

Does anyone know of any other sellers of Blitz Bowl?

Why don't you give one of the stores that does have stock a call during business hours (so get up extra early). They might agree to sell and ship it to you out west (as opposed to the store paying for shipping to do an internal transfer).

Now that you mention it, calling might just work. Sometimes the obvious isn't as obvious. I have 2 EB Games stores locally, one has an awesome staff and manager and the other is nearly useless. Made me hesitant to contact the other stores.

Meeplemart in Toronto has stocked BB products before, and they have very reasonable shipping. Worth a call to check.

Not sure about Sentry Box in Calgary (a terrible web site, but very responsive to emails) or Imperial Hobbies in Vancouver (which tend to be slightly more expensive, but also very responsive).

One more (slim) possibility, a small shop called Ogre's Lair in Yellowknife, NWT, which takes Internet orders and also has free ground shipping on orders over $150. USD

I called one of the shops in Orangeville and apparently they are going to send it to a local EB Games shop here!

I will keep this updated and see what happens (not counting my chickens before they are hatched), but definitely hopeful (and rather excited!).
