Looking at WWI naval rulesets, I keep seeing this one ruleset I know very little about: Challenge & Reply II. While it's relatively easy to find people playing Naval Thunder or Fleet Action Imminent, it seems almost very few use these rules. I can find almost no information on them, so I wanted to ask: does anyone have experience with them, and how did they go?
