Today I finished the publication of at least 246 single images out of so-calles "Zigarettenbilderalben" (cigarette collector's cards), of which the most famous is the 4 volume set of "Deutsche Uniformen" with plates of Richard Knötel.

The 3rd volume covers the time of the German unification wars from 1864 to 1871, also with 12 images of Austrian troops in Denmark 1864.

You find all single images in the uniform gallery of my site 2empire.de at link (where I added a google translation icon at the right :-))

Greetings from Berlin
