The green windscreen is good. Will there be any interior details, cockpit or pilot, visible? |

@dragon6: The pencil sharpener is designed to open like a clamshell to allow the shavings to be dumped out. The catch is the little button below the windshield, and the hinge is at the top rear of the vehicle. I retained that functionality -- I didn't glue the halves of the clamshell together -- so I could, theoretically, put in seats, dashboard, etc. Maybe someday I will. @Thresher01: Thanks! |

I didn't mention it earlier but the netting (stencil effectively) gives it a good look and the Zhondani stencil is excellent |

Thanks, drgaon6. The Zhodani stencil is not too difficult -- but then I've done a couple of dozen by now, large, small, and medium (these are medium) -- but it requires careful placement of the 3 small circles and the 1 large circle. I just do it by eye; sometimes it comes out a bit uneven. Now I'm trying to figure out how to do the Imperial sunburst as a stencil without driving myself insane. I may actually buy a stencil cutter from Michael's, rather than relying on my X-Acto knives. link |
