I am looking for a break down of the French army at Cassano August 1705 , I have so far found the following info;
all 5 regiments of Irish were present.
The crossings were held by Vendôme's brother with 10 battalions, 11 Squadrons and a detachment of 300 dragoons.
Vendome marched to his brother's rescue with 11 squadrons of dragoons to shore up the line while the remainder of the army followed up behind.
I also have the following Narzinger lists .
French Forces under Le Grand‐Prieur at Camp Gazzuolo , 24 July 1705
French Army of Lombardy , 21 July 1705
French Army in Italy , 15 April 1705
What I am looking for are details of what battalions and squadrons were present on the day.
Thanks
Steve

I have "History of the Irish Brigades" by O'Callaghan which a few mentions of Cassano.
In part .. "Eugene directed his chief efforts against .. the Brigades of de Grancey, Bourke and Marine .."
" Du Heron's and Verac's Dragoons and the Regt. of Dillon, belonging to Br. Marine bravely attacked "
"Others of the enemy who had penetrated between Brigades de Grancey and Perche were assailed by de Grancey and Bourke .."
The Bns. Dillon, Galmoy and Fitzgerald are also mentioned.

Also – don't know if you came across the following:
Feldzüge des Prinzen Eugen von Savoyen Vol 7
link
It has a chapter on Cassano with an Allied O.B.
There is a Map Folio called up in the book index with a map of the battle. Unfortunately it's not included in the Archive.org scan. Though it might be this one:

Hi Cliff , Thanks for your helpful reply, I will add your info to what I have already gathered together. The links are also interesting . There is a Narzinger list for the Imperial forces at the battle which I am using and there is also a scenario in Twilight for the Sun King but only in Brigade form with a basic wargame map showing the terrain.
