Please,except those of foundry does anyone know of a company that sells heads or figures of Suibi (or Suebi?) warriors with their famous hairstyle for 28mm figures …

Gripping Beast, IIRC, has at least one pack? You want:
"GET08 Unarmoured Germanic Warriors with Swabian Knots (4)"

Note "The Beast that Grips" labels them "Swabians." They are under the "Age of Arthur" category, so depends what era you want them for. Should work for the mid to late 3rdC onwards.

Foundry have several packs, both foot and horse.

Some of the Crusader packs – AGE001 for instance – look to have the Suebian knot hairstyle.

Victrix Germanic Warriors.
The warrior sprues each have five suebian heads and the command sprue has one. You could give the rest helmet heads.
