My horse models are normally moving at speed and I'm not sure horses poop while trotting or galloping… I might be wrong but I'm not sure how you will model it…

No, but I have a couple buffalo chip fires. Apparently, I have been told, they are good for Tibetan and Siberian yak chip fires, too!
