This is manly a test for posting photos, but the figure is one I made for my grandson. It is based on a video game he plays, in which toy soldiers fight care bears and unicorns.

Had to change the image size in the above post. First attempt was too small.

Nice work! I would suggest mounting it on a 2"-square of MDF, for a more permanent base. I game with 54mm plastic Army Men figures. I mount them on 2"-squares of MDF. Then I paint the base with Wood Glue (PVA), and I swirl it in a bowl of colored sand. After it dries, I have a nice looking base, which prevents a lot of damage to the figures. Photo's: Link1, Link2, Link3. Cheers!

Very nice bases. Actually he will be mounted on a 50mm disk. For painting, I use a 2x2 inch card board. Not only does it help in holding the figure, but use it as a paint pallet as well.

Other than the backpack and the full left arm, this is a good rendition of Kaiser Bill.

He isn't the Kaiser of the German Empire, but a character from a video game who is called Kaiser Wilhelm. I think the game is called Toy Chest Battle or something like that. Toy soldiers in Stahl Helm and Pickelhaube fight Care Baers and rainbow firing Unicorns. This guy is their leader. Figure is an AiP 54mm German officer with a Green Stuff pack and an Eagle from a 28mm French standard.
