Obviously inspired by Conan. Only Conan could wield such a sword. |

Isn't "Conan the Usurper" the title of one of the stories? |

I've read every Conan story published by Robert E. Howard. I didn't recall the title so I did a quick online search. There is a book by that title published in 1967 (long after Howard's death) by L. Sprague de Camp. I've never read anything by de Camp but I've read about him; namely his writings were Conan pastiche, not good. I can attest that Howard's writing is very good for what it is, high action swords and sorcery. |
