…Abandoned Nazi Ship.

"Need a new vampire movie to sink your teeth into? We've got an exclusive trailer debut for Blood Vessel, the latest release from The Horror Collective, which stages a WWII creature-feature aboard the high seas. That would make an amusing scenario for a convention role-playing game.

I think you're right.
1. Find out why no one is on the ship
1a. Weapons scattered around, so arm yourself with what you find.

2. Find the radio room (see if it works).

3. The life rafts are still there so prep to leave the ship
3a. find the mess for supplies

4. Bonus victory points for:
4a. dropping the anchor (so the navy can find the ship later)
4b. Getting to navigation and grabbing the charts.
4c. Getting to the captain's quarters and grabbing the code book (they're still at war back home)
4d. Getting to the engine room and disabling the engines (so others can't move the ship)

What else?

I would add to Strydberg's excellent list:

-If vampires can be killed by fire, the PCs should probably set the ship on fire.

-The smoke plume might also help them get rescued.

-Making a reasoned decision about whether to scuttle the ship or not.
