These are among the best 10-12mm figures I've ever seen. I bought a couple of battalions worth and they are easy to paint. It's a shame that, so far, Van Dyke only makes French infantry, although, allied opponent infantry has been sculpted. |

10mm! I was so taken up by managing to guess that the German words meant something which seemed to relate to "War of Spanish Succession", and that the figures weren't relevant to my own period, that I overlooked the note of scale. They looked to me like 15mm., both with regard to skilful painting and with regard to the castings themselves. These are remarkable. The fourth from the left needs a fine black line along the edges of the cross-belt over his left shoulder… |
