I just assembled a box of these. They are rather difficult to get to fit 3 per 60mm x 50mm base. It can be done but it isn't easy. Their right arms and weapons are a bit too much "all over the place". I will not buy another box of these.

This is typical of just about every 28mm mounted figure. I used 25mm x 50mm bases with Fireforge and some others. The figures just fit next to each other

If you're basing for dba, you won't be able to get 4 foot figures on a base very easily either. The 60mm base width worked for old 25mm (measured foot to top of head) figures

Yes, they end up being so close to each other that they would impede their ability to fight. This set in particular was aggravating and I had to actually put them on the bases to see if they would fit before I decided to go ahead & paint them. I came real close to trashing them.

A friend of mine has put together a collection of over 100 of these cavalry, with most being converted, and has had no problems, however he does base them as 2 figures on a 50mm x 50mm base. His work has been featured on the Gripping Beast website and Facebook pages (he is known as Swordmaster).

I found the Footsore ones fit pretty well om a 60mm x 40mm. Tight but it worked

Use deeper bases (still compatible with DBx). On 6cm wide and 8cm deep, your riders will fit.

I have always altered my bases somewhat to accommodate the figures I prefer -- dam with the rules!!

I may just go with 60mm x 60mm bases for them.

I ended up using 60 x 60 bases, after breaking off a few right arms and substituting some with smaller reach and different orientation.
