This has been bugging me – I've got that figure…. He is from the same range as this one link I got them at The Triples a long time ago and think they were from a US maker's Victorian range, one was "count" something, the other "baron" something else. I also got some late Victorian ladies with revolvers from the same source. |

Looks like they were both from the Parroom Station range VSF from TheLondonWarRoom. The monocled one in helmet above is Prussian Baron von Gruber |

Well done sir, both of those figs look like they are from the same artist. Too bad I need that fig now and not 10 or more years ago when I was friends with Vince before he left The London War Room to crash. |
