Afternoon fellow gamers,

The recruitment for the Kingdom of Jerusalem continues a pace with a new unit added, as always more pics on the blog link above.

28mm Fireforge Games Mounted Sergeants in a unit of 12, armed with hand weapons. I do like the sense of motion you can get with these Fireforge figures, posing, sculpting and staggering the models on a deep base all help to create that feeling of movement.

Just one more unit, the mounted Knights to go before this little force is done.

Lascaris, the Fireforge stuff is quite a but bigger than the Perrys sculpts, I'd be happy with both on the same table but not in the same unit.

The Perrys stuff is earlier historically as well more 1st Crusade. In amongst the lads who game at YG we have a couple of Perrys units and we class them as Poor Knights.
